Return Policy

Overview

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right within the guidelines below. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odor (including smoke/cologne), deodorant marks, or pet hair

  • Returned with original tags attached and original packaging (if applicable)

If an item is returned in a condition that doesn’t meet these requirements, we may:

  • Refuse the return, or

  • Issue a partial refund depending on the item condition.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories (if applicable—add/remove depending on what you sell)

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse (rips after wear, washing errors, etc.)

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues (same item, different size), or

  • Wrong item received

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the size you want is sold out, you may choose:

  • Store credit, or

  • A refund (if eligible)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund

Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective product).


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is:

  • Defective,

  • Damaged in transit, or

  • Incorrect,

Email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (item + packaging if possible)

If approved, we’ll provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

How to Start a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at: returns@izahdeen.com

  2. Include:

    • Order number

    • Item(s) you want to return/exchange

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (required if defective/damaged)

We will reply with next steps and return instructions.

Processing Time

  • Returns are processed within 3–7 business days after we receive your package.

  • During high-volume drops, processing may take slightly longer.

Pre-Orders / Limited Drops

Because we release limited quantities:

  • Pre-orders may not be eligible for refunds once production begins.

  • If your order hasn’t entered production yet, we may be able to cancel for a refund.
